Greetings,

I am Angelica Jones-Hogan, proudly serving as President of the Omega Zeta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., I was elected in 2024 to serve Jacksonville Florida, Southside and beaches area. I lead with purpose, vision, and a deep commitment to service as we continue advancing our legacy of scholarship, sisterhood, service, and finer womanhood.

With a passion for empowering others through leadership, education, and community engagement, I strive to create meaningful impact and lasting connections. Guided by the values of integrity, excellence, and compassion, I am dedicated to fostering growth, both personally and collectively, within the communities we serve.

Blue and White Charities Foundation

The Blue and White Charities Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing the mission of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Omega Zeta Zeta Chapter.  
 
Our Vision: To foster stronger economies and more equitable communities through innovative programs and strategic partnerships.
 
Our Mission:  To support charitable, educational, scientific, and religious initiatives that improve the quality of life for underserved populations. We provide financial support to individuals and organizations focused on education, family well-being, health, economic empowerment, the arts, and scholarship.
 
Through your generosity, we provide scholarships, mentorship, and community programs that change lives. Every gift helps us build stronger futures for women and families across Duval County, Jacksonville Florida.

Undergraduate Chapters

Undergraduate chapters serve as the foundation of our organization, providing students with opportunities for leadership, community engagement, academic support, and lifelong brotherhood/sisterhood. While our undergraduate chapter is not currently active, we are excited about future possibilities and the growth ahead.
